Thailand and Italy are commemorating the 140th anniversary of their relations (1868-2008). To mark this special anniversary, a logo is designed to represent the journey of the cordial relations. The logo appears as an interlacing of two garlands – one is made of laurel leaves – representing Italy, and another one is made of jasmine – representing Thailand. |

On 12th June 2008, H.E. Mr. Pradapp Pibulsonggram, Ambassador of Thailand to Rome conferred the Knight Commander of the Most Noble Order of The Crown of Thailand to Mr. Gianluca Greco, former Counsellor of the Italian Embassy in Thailand. |
