He met with members of parliament, community leaders, heads of provincial offices and the people of Phayao Province to exchange views and opinions on issues and local problems relating to foreign affairs. November 20, 2003 On 14 November 2003 Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Foreign Minister visited Phayao Province under the Roving Bua Kaew Project. He met with members of parliament, community leaders, heads of provincial offices and the people of Phayao Province to exchange views and opinions on issues and local problems relating to foreign affairs.
