Roving Buakeaw Project
The project was initiated by the Foreign Minister, who leads a team of senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to listen to the opinions of peoples from all walks of life especially in the provinces along the border and the provinces that are involved with international affairs. The meetings take place at local site such as temples, town halls, provincial schools or schools that participated in the Young Ambassador of Virtue Project. The information collected is then taken into consideration in formulating foreign policy if and when appropriate.
Main activities of the Roving Buakeaw Project include informal discussion on issues of international affairs affecting the life such as trading and consular service as well as roving passport services. The foreign Minister also meets with teacher and student from schools in the Young Ambassador of Virtue Project on this occasion.

Participants from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs comprise the Foreign Minister, Secretary to the Minister, Advisor to the Minister, and Director-Generals of the departments concerned. Moreover, peoples from the provinces concerned also have the opportunity to share their opinion through live broadcasting on local radio stations.
