Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico attended the Symposium on Logistics & Transport

On 18 May 2023, H.E. Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico, was invited to be a speaker on the topic of “Amazing Thailand “at the Logistics & Transport Symposium organised by Leschaco Mexico at Marquis Reforma Hotel in Mexico City. More than 350 people attended the event, comprising representatives from the private sector from various fields, especially in transport and logistics.

The Ambassador presented on various aspects of Thailand such as economy, politics, culture, tourism and Thailand's infrastructure development, while Ms. Christine Russel-Wittebrood, Managing Director of Leschaco Thailand presented on trade and investment relations between Thailand and Mexico and Leschaco Thailand ‘s mission. Video clips of “Amazing Thailand, Amazing New Chapters “ produced by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) were also shown during the presentations.

A Thai-style cocktail reception was held after the seminar decorated with photo opportunity spots with three-wheel Tuk Tuk, Thai elephant riding, and a floating market boat models. Participants had the opportunity to taste Thai foods and desserts, Thai tea, as well as watch Thai performances and Thai fruit and vegetable carvings.
