On 29 November 2013, Thai Students Association in Malaysia has organized a meeting of the Third Committee at the Royal Thai Embassy, Kuala Lumpur. The committee, comprising over 20 Thai students from universities throughout Malaysia, has discussed and exchanged views with an aim to finding solution for problems of Thai students in Malaysia. The meeting was also attended by H.E. Mr. Krit Kraichitti, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, who gave a short briefing regarding Thai-Malaysian relations, took note of problems faced by Thai students, and gave advice on the role of Thai students as representatives of their country overseas.
