On 23 February 2018, Mr. Munin Paniswasdi, Consul-General of Thailand in Osaka, was invited by Mrs. Yoshie Yamamoto, Director of Yamamoto Noh Theatre, the oldest Noh Theatre in Osaka, to give a presentation on “Thailand” to about 60 members of Ikebana International Osaka.

         On the said occasion, the Consul-General presented about Thailand-Japan relations and charms of Thailand in various aspects including Thai food, Thai fruits, festivals, Muay Thai, traditional Thai dance, Thai fruit and vegetable carving and Thai flower arrangement. The Consul-General also extended his warm invitation to everyone to visit the 16th Thai Festival in Osaka to be organised during 19-20 May 2018 at Taiyo no Hiroba, Osaka Castle Park.
