On 18 May 2018, at 11.18 hrs, H.E. Mr. Manopchai Vongphakdi, Ambassador designate of Thailand to Singapore, together with Mrs. Nitinantana Vongphakdi, Ambassador’s spouse and Heads of Team Thailand in Singapore, attended the official opening ceremony of the first branch of Took Lae Dee restaurant in Singapore at Mapletree Building, Level 1. In this occasion, Ambassador Manopchai cut the ribbon with Mr. Frank Lim, Chairman of Foodland Supermarket Co., Ltd. Took Lae Dee restaurant is famous in Thailand for many decades for its Thai express meals such as Pad Krapow (chicken or pork with chili and basil leaves), Fried Pork with Garlic and Pepper, Pad Thai, Tom Yum. Reasonable and quality is distinctive name of “Took Lae Dee.”

          Earlier on 17 May 2018, at 15.00 hrs, Mr. Frank Lim and Mr. Atipol Terahsongkran paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Manopchai at the Royal Thai Embassy.
