On 9 September 2021, H.E. Mr. Nathapol Khantahiran, Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Qatar, and officials from the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha met with Thai students who graduated from Al-Maahad Addeeni Preparatory and Secondary School for Boys before their return to Thailand. There are three Thai-Muslim students who graduated in 2021; all of whom were funded by the Qatari government to study secondary school in Qatar.
