Embassies of ASEAN member countries in Athens namely Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, as the ASEAN Committee in Athens (ACAT) under the current chairmanship of Indonesia, celebrated the 58th ASEAN Day on 8 August 2025 at the Indonesian Residence. The event was attended by representatives from the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassies of the Dialogue Partner countries of ASEAN and distinguished guests from various sectors.

ASEAN Day is an annual event to commemorate the founding of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), a regional grouping found in 1967. At present, it consists of ten member states.
