On 2 October 2025, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, had a discussion with H.E. Mr. Pedro Zwahlen, Ambassador of Switzerland to Thailand, H.E. Mrs. Ilse Liliana Ferrer Silva, Ambassador of Mexico to Thailand, and Mrs. Sarah Gasquard, Chargé d’Affaires of Belgium to Thailand.

They exchanged views on human rights issues of priority and common interest in the ongoing 60th session of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) and discussed ways forward to promote and protect human rights at national level, including the review and development of legal frameworks, as well as awareness raising and human rights education for general public.
