Director-General of International Organizations Department meets with Ambassador of the State of Israel to Thailand

On 14 January 2026, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, received a courtesy call from H.E. Ms. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of the State of Israel to Thailand, on the occasion of the Ambassador’s assumption of duty.

Both sides welcomed the developments in Thailand and Israel relations over the past seventy years within the bilateral framework and the United Nations, as well as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). They also exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East, including in Gaza and Iran.

The Ambassador of Israel expressed condolences on the tragic collapse of the construction crane on a passenger train in Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province on 14 January 2026.
