On 15 September 2026, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, met with Mr. Arshad Malik, Regional Director for Asia of Save the Children International, to exchange views on ways to strengthen cooperation on the promotion and protection of children’s rights, particularly from the growing threat of online scams.

The Regional Director invited high-level representatives from Thailand to participate in the Regional Dialogue on Advancing Child-Responsive Budgeting, organized by Save the Children International in November 2026 in Bangkok. High-level representatives from the government, regional organizations, private sector, academia and international development banks are expected to participate in the conference.
