Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency meets with the Ambassador of Israel to Thailand

On 26 November 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), received a courtesy call and had a discussion with H.E. Dr. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of the State of Israel to Thailand.

Both sides discussed ways to advance development cooperation between Thailand and Israel, including areas of Israeli expertise that the Thai side wishes to learn from, such as emergency medicine and provision of health services along the Thai border areas with neighbouring countries. They also exchanged views on the 6th Development Dialogue, to be hosted by Thailand in early 2026, in order to consider the formulation of development cooperation plans and various joint projects with Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV).
