On 3 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held discussions with Ms. Julie Le Saos, Advisor to the French President for the Americas, Asia and Oceania, at the Élysée Palace.

Both sides exchanged views on regional developments and global trends, as well as followed up on the successful official visit of Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul to France in May 2026, particularly the discussions between the Prime Minister and President Emmanuel Macron.

On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reiterated Thailand’s invitation to President Emmanuel Macron to consider visiting Thailand. Both sides also reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
