On 24 October 2024, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, had a discussion with Ms. Minna-Liina Lind, Undersecretary for Global Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.

On this occasion, both sides discussed ways to boost cooperation in trade, investment, e-government, cyber security, and tourism. The discussion also covered Thailand-European Union Free Trade Agreement, as well as Thailand's accession process to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). In addition, they also exchanged views on multilateral cooperation under the UN frameworks, and regional issues, such as situations in Ukraine and Myanmar.
