On 29 August 2024, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, discussed with H.E. Mr. Lee Jang-keun, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to ASEAN, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both sides discussed the ASEAN-ROK cooperation during Thailand’s role as the Country Coordinator for ASEAN-ROK Dialogue Relations 2024-2027 and the preparation for the upcoming 25th ASEAN-ROK Summit to Commemorate the 35th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations in October 2024 in Vientiane. In addition, they also exchanged views on bilateral issues and situations in the region.
