Ambassador of Thailand to Saudi Arabia meets with the Director-General of the Asia and Pacific Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda

On 21 November 2025, H.E. Mr. Dham Boontham, Ambassador of Thailand to Saudi Arabia, in his capacity as Representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the meetings of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), held a discussion with Mr. Virgile Rwanyagatare, Director General for Asia and the Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda, in Kigali, Republic of Rwanda.

Both sides discussed ways to advance bilateral cooperation in the areas of economy, development, and tourism, as well as to promote Thailand’s role in East Africa. They also exchanged views on the political situation in Rwanda and the security landscape in East Africa and Southeast Asia. The Ambassador provided facts on the situation along the Thailand - Cambodia border.
