On 2 June 2026 at 09.00 hours, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang organised the Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s 4th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 3rd June 2026 at the office of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang. H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, presided over the ceremony attended by officials, family members, and staffs of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang. At the beginning of the ceremony, the Consul-General of Thailand in Penang led the officials to pay homage and opened the flower bush in front of the royal portrait, laid floral bush, and delivered a message of congratulations and best wishes, followed by a candle-lighting ceremony. After that, monks conducted a merit-making activities and Consul-General of Thailand in Penang led officials, family members, and staffs of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang to offer alms and a luncheon to dedicate merits to Her Majesty the Queen. In this event, Phra Khru Vinaithon Hong Thanavaro presided over the ceremony for the monks.
