Thai Student Group in Northern Malaysia Paid a Courtesy Call on Consul-General of Thailand in Penang

On 10 February 2026, Thai Student Group in Northern Malaysia (TN) led by Mr. Muhammad Puteela, President of the TN Group, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, to introduce himself and TN Group’s committee members, as well as to present the Career Preparation for Thai Students in Northern Malaysia 2026 Project. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Kantapon Sangkhapreecha, Consul, and 10 TN Group committee members.

On this occasion, the Consul-General was briefed on the activity plan for TN Group in 2026, information about Thai students studying in the universities in Northern Malaysia, and the presentation regarding the draft plan of the Career Preparation for Thai Students in Northern Malaysia 2026 Project to be recommended by the Consul - General for Project’s further improvement.

Furthermore, the Royal Thai Consulate - General inquires about the well-being of the Thai students and information regarding the Thai students in Northern Malaysia and also emphasizes the role and the readiness of the Consulate - General to assist and support Thai students in Northern Malaysia.
