On 13 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a telephone conversation with H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, who congratulated DPM/FM Parnpree on assumption of duty.

Both agreed to strengthen the multifaceted cooperation between Thailand and Singapore, especially in potential areas, such as Digital Economy, Green Economy, and renewable energy, as well as cooperation under ASEAN.
