On 24 April 2024, Ambassador Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, togheter with Mr. Nopakhun Luichant (Minister Counsellor) and Ms. Donlada Thongboon (Counsellor), paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. István Jakab, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, on the occasion of his assumption of duty as the Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary. The Deputy Speaker expressed his impression on the Thai hospitality during his official visit to Thailand in 2020, and on Thai – Hungarian relationship in various aspects including agriculture, water management, education, and public health. Moreover, the Ambassador assured to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the two countries as well as proposed a plan to organise the celebration of the 72nd Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua jointly with the National Assembly of Hungary.
