Consul-General and Deputy Consul-General of Thailand in Chicago visited Tulsa, Oklahoma

On February 26th, 2024, Consul-General Katanawadee Kalayanamit and Deputy Consul-General Natnapang Damrongsoontornchai and staff members visited American Airlines's MRO facility, renowned as the largest single-site commercial aircraft MRO facility globally, located at Tulsa International Airport, Oklahoma to exchange perspectives and explore potential collaboration opportunities in Aviation MRO between Thailand and the organization.

During the visit, the delegation also met with Ms. Michelle Barnett, Senior Vice President of Economic and Workforce Development of PartnerTulsa, for a briefing on Trade and investment prospects in Tulsa at Tulsa City Hall, Oklahoma.

Subsequently, they met with Ms. Sheila Shook, Director of Workforce and Education at the Tulsa Port Of Catoosa, recognized as one of the largest and most inland river ports in the United States, to research logistics management systems within Oklahoma and nearby areas.
