On June 6th, 2024, Consul-General Katanawadee Kalayanamit, along with officials, staff, and Thai communities in Chicago and nearby areas, participated in a Buddhist chanting ceremony on the Auspicious of His Majesty the King’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary at Wat Dhammaram, Chicago. The ceremony was presided over by Somdet Phramahathirachan, a member of the Sangha Supreme Council, Abbot of Wat Pho, Chairman of the Overseas Buddhist Missionary Office, and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Wat Dhammaram, Chicago.
