On 7 October 2022, H.E. Mr. Chairat Sirivat, Consul-General, assigned Ms. Nantaporn Laobooncharoen, Deputy Consul-General, to attend the award and closing ceremony of the sixth session of the "Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak International Holy Quran Competition" at the Cultural and Scientific Association, Al Mamzar, Dubai. At this year's Competition, Ms. Asma Tohchehmae, a senior undergraduate at Fatoni University, Pattani province, represented Thailand, along with fellow competitors from 49 countries in total.

 

On this occasion, the Consul-General gave Ms. Asma a souvenir and also assigned the Deputy Consul-General to host lunch for the Thai representative on 5 October 2022 to show support from the Royal Thai Consulate-General and the Thai community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates."
