On 28 July 2023, H.E. Ms. Vimolbajra Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, presided over the Buddhist merit making ceremony on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2023 at Wat Thai Norway. The Buddhist ceremony was conducted by Phravimolsasanavides, Abbot of Wat Thai Norway and President of the Union of Thai Sanghas in Europe (UTSE), and members of the sangha, including Phramaha Suriya Voramedhi, Abbot of Wat Thai Gardermoen and Phramaha Singha Kavesago Bhikkhu, Abbot of Wat Thai Norway, Bergen. The ceremony was attended by Embassy’s officials and staffs and members of Thai community in Norway.
