On 23 October 2022, H.E. Ms. Vimolbajra Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, presided over the wreath laying ceremony at His Majesty King Chulalongkorn’s monument and the Buddhist merit making ceremony to pay tribute to King Chulalongkorn on his Memorial Day at Wat Thai Norway. The Buddhist ceremony was conducted by Phra Vimolsasanavides, Abbot of Wat Thai Norway and Chief of Thai Dhammaduta Bhikkhu Union in Europe, and members of the sangha. The Embassy’s officials and Thai community in Norway about 30 people were also in attendance.
