Ambassador requests support from Budget Bureau and the Financial Management Bureau on consular service upgrading projects

On 21 May 2024, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK, welcomed delegations from Thai Budget Bureau of Ministry of Finance and Financial Management Bureau of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and led the delegation to visit the Consular section which having limitation of space in providing service for around 200-300 Thai nationals each day. Ambassador requested support from delegation on consular service upgrading projects during short, medium and long term.

Ambassador Tanee gave a briefing on the Embassy’s mission according to Ignite Thailand vision and soft power promotion policy of the Royal Thai Government through 3Ps Strategy by promoting economic relations between private sectors of the two countries, improving consular services, and promoting Thai soft power in the ROK.
