On 24 June 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul organized the ceremony to commemorate the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, July 28th, 2024 . The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Thai Ambassador to the ROK. Heads and officials of Team Thailand in Seoul, their spouses, and the Thai community participated in this event.

The activities included a merit-making ceremony dedicated to His Majesty the King, a ceremony to present royal tributes, a candle lighting ceremony to offer well-wishes to His Majesty the King, and a pledge ceremony of being good civil servants and the strength of the nation.

On 19 June 2024, a volunteer activity in commemoration of this auspicious occasion was also organized to enhance public cleanliness by collecting garbages at Baekbeom Square Park, located at the base of Namsan Mountain in Seoul.
