The Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo organised the Royal Decorations of the Sash Class Acceptance Ceremony for the Year 2022 and 2023

On 28 February 2024, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Japan, presided over the Royal Decorations of the Sash Class Acceptance Ceremony for the Year 2022 and 2023 in front of the portrait of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua. The Ceremony was organised at the Embassy’s Hall.

On this occasion, the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant was conferred upon Ms. Prangtip Kanchanahattakij, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, and Ms. Kanokporn Chotipal, Minister (Economic and Investment). The Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand was conferred upon (1) Group Captain Naruth Kamnerdnakta, Defence and Air Attaché; (2) Col. Pongsak Khiwnang, Army Attaché; (3) Mr. Chanthapat Panjamanond, Minister (Commercial); and (4) Mr. Kittiphan Bangyikhan, Minister-Counsellor (Industrial). The Chair of the Ceremony congratulated the recipients of the royal decorations for their devotion in performing their duty with unwavering dedication for the benefits of Thai people and the country.
