On 14 August 2026, Ms. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs chaired a meeting to follow up on the outcomes of the official visits of H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, to Malaysia and China. In attendance were representatives from over 20 relevant agencies.
The meeting reviewed progress and coordinated follow-up actions in accordance with the outcomes of the Prime Minister’s visits to both countries, while accelerating efforts to advance cooperation towards tangible outcomes, particularly in the areas of defense and security, trade, investment, connectivity, artificial intelligence, and environmental protection.
