Thailand's Statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh Situation

Thailand is deeply concerned over the escalation of tensions and confrontation of armed forces along the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone that began on 27 September 2020, causing significant loss of lives and injuries to both soldiers and civilians. Thailand extends sincere condolences to all bereaved families of the casualties.
Thailand joins the call of the United Nations and international community for an immediate end to the fighting and for the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan to resume a peaceful dialogue and settlement of disputes based on principles of international law.
