On 8 June 2025, Ambassador Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, together with Ms. Pittara Navarat, Minister Counsellor, welcomed the delegation from ESG Leadership course organised by Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRDP) at the Royal Thai Embassy. The delegation was led by Dr. Seree Nonthasoot, Senior Vice President of IDRP.

On this occasion, Ambassador exchanged views with the delegation on ESG (Environmental, social and governance) related issues. The concept focuses on sustainable organizational development that takes into account the business’s impact on the environment, society, and internal governance. The discussion also covered Swedish good practices that can be applied to Thailand, seeking cooperation with Sweden on innovation, forestry, pharmaceutical and defence and how Sweden integrate and involve all relevant actors to develop the country.
