On 23 February 2026, H.E. Mrs. Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, Ambassador of Thailand to Stockholm, together with officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, held discussions with Swedish diplomatic police officers responsible for providing security to members of the diplomatic corps. The Swedish side was led by Mrs. Wenche Deas Moberg, Head of Section Chief Superintendent, and included Mr. Anders Bjärgård, Superintendent, Mr. Roger Ekenstedt, Senior Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs Superintendent, Mr. Andreas Dahlin, Head of Unit Superintendent, and Mr. Rickard Berg, Government Liaison Officer Acting Superintendent.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on coordination and security facilitation for the diplomatic corps, as well as on ways to further strengthen close and effective cooperation in the future.

On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed her appreciation to the Swedish police authorities for their continued support and close coordination with the Embassy. She also commended their professionalism and dedication to duty, which play a significant role in ensuring the safety and smooth functioning of the Royal Embassy of Thailand ‘s mission in Sweden.
