On 16 February 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), co-chaired the 6th Thailand - Israel Development Dialogue with H.E. Mrs. Eynat Shlein, Head of Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV). Also in attendance was H.E. Dr. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of Israel to Thailand.

The meeting adopted the new two-year Thailand–Israel Development Cooperation Work Plan for 2026 - 2027, which focuses on three priority areas: (1) smart agriculture; (2) science, technology and innovation; and (3) capacity-building. It also acknowledged cooperation in medical diplomacy as part of this year’s commemorative activities marking the 72nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Israel.

MASHAV will host the 7th Thailand - Israel Development Dialogue in the first quarter of 2028 in Israel.
