The Honorable Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, will be in Thailand on an Official Visit as Guest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand during 15-16 December 2021 as part of his first visit to the Southeast Asian region. During his visit, Secretary Blinken will have a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and pay a courtesy call on H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of Thailand. He will also have lunch with members of the Thai private sector.

This visit will be an opportunity to further enhance Thailand – US alliance and strategic partnership and promote cooperation in the areas of mutual interest of both countries.
