On 30 July 2025, H.E. Dr. Lalivan Karnchanachari, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the Reception in Celebration of the 26th Anniversary of the Throne Day of the Kingdom of Morocco, as Guest of Honour, at the Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok.

The Vice Minister extended her best wishes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco and her congratulations to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco to Thailand on this occasion. She highlighted the cordial diplomatic relations between Thailand and Morocco, which have been cultivated over nearly four decades, with the royal ties between both nations, providing a solid foundation and fostering deep-rooted friendship at both governmental and people-to-people levels. She also emphasized the two countries’ flourishing bilateral cooperation across various sectors, particularly in education and development cooperation, as well as expressed her appreciation for Morocco’s constructive roles within the ASEAN region.
