On 24 April 2025, H.E. Mrs. Lalivan Karnchanachari, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the celebration of the King’s Day and the National Day of the Netherlands at the Netherlands Residence in Bangkok.

This event was held to celebrate the special occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and the Netherland’s National Day. The Vice Minister conveyed her good wishes to His Majesty the King of the Netherlands and reiterated Thailand’s commitment to foster closer collaboration between Thailand and the Netherlands based on a longstanding 421-year relationship, with emphasis on sustainability, trade and investment promotion, water management, people-to-people contacts, and the exchange of high-levels visits between the two nations.
