ตามที่เกิดเหตุระเบิดขนาดใหญ่ที่กรุงเบรุต ประเทศเลบานอน เมื่อวันที่ ๔ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๓ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารถึงนายฮัสซาน ดียาบ (Hassan Diab) นายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐเลบานอน และนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารถึงนาย Charbel Wehbe รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเลบานอน แสดงความเสียใจต่อเหตุดังกล่าว ดังนี้

 

๑. ข้อความสารจากพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารถึงนายฮัสซาน ดียาบ (Hassan Diab)นายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐเลบานอน

     I have learned with profound sorrow of the massive explosions in Beirut on 4 August 2020, which have resulted in many casualties and damages to buildings and properties in the city.

 

     On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the Thai people, I wish to express my deepest condolences and sympathy to you and, through you, to the bereaved families and those who have been affected by this tragic incident. With the resilience of the Lebanese people and your able leadership, I am certain that the Republic of Lebanon will overcome the aftermath of this catastrophe.
