On 20 September 2019, H.E. Emer O'Connell, Ambassador of Ireland to Poland paid a courtesy call to H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Poland, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw, representing the Ladies Ambassadors group seated in Poland and to bid farewell and present an Amber jewelry as a souvenir on the occasion that Ambassador Sansanee end her mission in Poland due to retirement. The Ladies Ambassadors group in Poland organized many activities and meeting to exchange ideas and invite guests to participate in discussions on certain occasions. The group planned a farewell luncheon in honor of Ambassador Sansanee but due to an emergency mission Ambassador Sansanee asked that the event not being held.. It is a tradition for the Ladies Ambassadors group in Poland to organize a farewell lunch for Ambassadors on the occasion of completing their mission in Poland and give Amber as a farewell gift (The Amber in Poland is of very high quality and are renowned worldwide) to symbolize the strong bond of friendship with one another.

At present, there are about 16 Ladies Ambassadors in Warsaw.
