On 27 August 2005, Dr. Kantathi Suphamongkhon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, arrived in Pyongyang on an official visit, as special envoy of the Prime Minister of Thailand, to the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK). On this occasion, Foreign Minister Dr. Kantathi, who is scheduled to visit the DPRK from 27-30 August 2005, met with Mr. Paek Nam Sun, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.
