On 13 May 2009, Mr. Kasit Piromya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Mpumelelo Joseph Ndumiso Hlophe, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Swaziland to Thailand, met at the Foreign Ministry to exchange the Instruments of Ratification of the Agreement between Thailand and Swaziland on the Transfer of Offenders and on Co-operation in the Enforcement of Penal Sentences (Prisoner Transfer Agreement), signed in Mbabane on 5 June 2007.
