On 20 April 2010, Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya presented a financial assistance of 800,000 baht together with the Braille code books and CD regarding the plan to establish the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) to Ms. Saowalak Thongkuay, Regional Development Officer of the Disabled Peoples International Asia-Pacific Region. The contribution will be used to organize seminars on ASEAN Community and the quality of life development of disabled people in Southeast Asia.
