On 20 September 2012, Mr. Kittiratt Na Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Dr. Philipp Rösler, Deputy Federal Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economics and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany, co - chaired the 3rd Meeting of the Thai-German Joint Economic Committee (JEC) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a Strategic Partnership in the Field of Disaster Management between Thailand and Germany.
