On 24 September 2012, Mr. Arthayudh Srisamoot, Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, presided over the closing ceremony of the ASEAN Community training programme at Vithes Samosorn Hall, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whereby certificates were awarded to over 60 participants who are mid-level officials and business managers or above who attended the said course.
