On 24 January 2013 Dr. ChaiyongSatjipanon, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America, together with the Royal Thai Embassy officials, visited the Sackler Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, and listened to a briefing on Thai ceramic collection of the Sackler Gallery byMs. Louise Cort, Sackler Gallery’s Curator of Ceramics. On this occasion, the Ambassador also discussed with Ms. Cort about a possibility to further Thai-U.S. cooperation on arts and culture.
