On 30 January 2013, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, together with Ms. Suwannee Khamman, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), and Mr. Luc Stevens, the United Nations Resident Coordinator, co-chaired the First Tripartite Committee Meeting on the Implementation of the United Nations Partnership Framework (UNPAF) for the period 2012-2016 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
