On 29 March 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kovit Puang-ngam, Director of Human Resource Capacity Building in Local Administrative Agencies towards the ASEAN Community Program, Faculty of Social Administration, Thammasat University, led a group of 40 local administrative executives and officials to pay a courtesy call on Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore. The group was also briefed on the topic of “Thailand-Singapore relations towards the ASEAN Community” by Ms. Walaya Jariyadham, First Secretary. Following the briefing, the group exchanged ideas and opinions with Ambassador of Thailand and Embassy staff. Their visit to the Royal Thai Embassy was part of the program’s study visit to Malaysia and Singapore during 26-29 March 2013.
