On 30 May 2013 H.E. Mr. Somchai Charanasomboon, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden presented Letters of Credence to H.E. Mr. Toomas Hendrik IIves, President of the Republic of Estonia at the President House in Tallin. On this occasion, H.E. Ambassador Somchai discussed with the President of Estonia on the bilateral relations between Thailand and Estonia, particularly on political, economic and social issues. The two countries have the potential to expand cooperation in various fields, especially in communication technology and tourism.

     During this occasion, H.E. Ambassador Somchai also had formal meetings with the Ambassador of Estonia to Thailand, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Estonia, Director of Enterprise Estonia and Thai communities in Estonia.
