On 7 July 2013 the Royal Thai Embassy, Office of Commercial Affairs at Moscow and Thai Airways, Moscow Office, participated in the 10th Anniversary Festival of 7 Krasok Company, one of the Thai spa and massage company where about 80 Thais masseurs are working. In this festival, the Office of Commercial Affairs and Thai Airways opened a booth for promotion of Thai goods and the Bangkok-Moscow direct flights. Moreover, Thai spa masseurs also magnificently demonstrated Thai traditional dancing. The Russian participants were widely delighted by Thai massage, goods and culture.

     Thai spa and massage business is popular in Russia as a result of the reputation of Thailand as one of the main tourist destinations amongst the Russians. Nowadays there are approximately 1,500 Thais working in more than 100 companies in spa and massage business around Russia and other CIS countries. The Royal Thai Embassy is doing its best in providing useful information for Thais who are interested in working in Russia and its accredited countries.
