On Saturday 26 April 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Lisbon and El Corte Inglés supermarket in Lisbon organized a "Showcooking de CozinhaTailandesa". Chef of Thai Ambassador to Portugal, demonstrated the preparation of two Thai dishes: GaengMassamanGai (Chicken massaman curry) and Kanom Mo Kaeng (Thai custard pudding), with the Thai student studying Portuguese language as the interpreter. The customers of the supermarket also had the opportunity to taste the Thai popular dishes and to buy Thai ingredients imported from Thailand and widely available in local supermarkets in Portugal. The event is a very successful one.
